Fly Fishing North-Central Pennsylvania: 39 Special Regulation Streams

by Fly Fishing Reporter on July 4, 2009

North-Central Pennsylvania contains some of the most fabled fly fishing waters in the Commonwealth including Fishing Creek, Penns Creek and Spring Creek.  But that's not all.  There are also 36 other special regulation trout streams that provide excellent fly fishing opportunities in north-central Pennsylvania.  Why not check one out?

39 More Trout Streams!

I know, 39 more trout streams to add to the list.  Well, I’m not saying you have to them fish all.  But if you happen to be traveling to the area, have recently been laid off, are a professional trout bum or are just looking for some new water to fish – it’s nice to have options!  And best of all, the guys at PaFlyFish.com have done most of the leg work for us and prepared this awesome Google map that provides turn-by-turn directions right to the river.

New Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Guide

I’ve included a link to the map in our New Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Guide.  Our Pa Fly Fishing Guide is a new feature we’ve created this week, based on feedback from readers like you, to help keep track of all the information on fishing conditions, hatch charts, local fly shops and guide services we’ll be adding to this site.

Stay Informed

We will be adding new links to our Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Guide frequently as well as adding guides for other fly fishing destinations across America.  If you would like to be notified when we add new fly fishing guides sign-up for the Fly Fishing Reporter Newsletter and we’ll keep you informed.

Enjoy!
