The guys at Leland Fly Fishing Outfitters sat down with Scott Howell a few months before the release of his DVD Skagit Master Volume 2: Steelheading Outside the Box to talk about his clever Ska-Opper fly. The Ska-Opper is a revolutionary steelhead popper that elicits extremely aggressive responses from steelhead and is a lot of fun to fish.
